Tasks
- Structuring the overall project into work packages, scheduling, and continuous coordination with project and line interfaces
- Technical implementation and coordination of the assigned packages according to PM guidelines, active participation in the project team, as well as identifying, clarifying, and if necessary, escalating deviations
- Securing the overall process of spare parts specification and procurement as well as the handover of spare parts to the customer (in coordination with representatives of the project organization), requiring sound process knowledge including process interfaces and process controlling
- Preparation, initiation, and support of the procurement process as well as handover of the spare parts to the customer, if necessary, managing the shipping process to the customer's country
- Processing project/customer-specific inquiries, supplier and customer offers, requirement demands, schedule orders, goods movements, and handover documents
Profile
- Completed (technical) university degree, very good English skills, confident use of MS-Office, SAP(MM/SD/EWM) and shipyard-specific IT systems, VS authorization
- Several years of project management experience, preferably in the aforementioned field of responsibility, as well as ILS knowledge of ASD specifications is desirable
- Technical competence and process understanding for ET-initial supply, ideally with technical prior knowledge and basic technical knowledge
- Conceptual and process-oriented thinking, solution-oriented and structured way of working, willingness to take responsibility and lead, and high attention to detail with large amounts of data
- Knowledge of project processing for ET-initial supply including interface competence, strong communication skills, teamwork, and technical leadership ability
