Tasks

• In your role, you are responsible for the main systems Command and Surveillance Systems and Armament.
• Together with a team, you develop new designs as well as adaptation designs in development and sales projects for large unmanned vehicles (XLUUV).
• You evaluate customer requirements and, based on these, the system concepts for the aforementioned system.
• Taking technical and cost-calculation aspects into account, you undertake the development of an effective and efficient system.
• Describing concepts and solutions in documents, databases, and models is also part of your tasks.
• You will have the opportunity to help shape our future product portfolio for large unmanned underwater vehicles.

Profile

• You have a completed diploma or Master's degree as an engineer in the field of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, control engineering, or software architecture, preferably with a doctorate.
• You have already been able to gain several years of professional experience in this field, ideally in the maritime sector.
• Ideally, you have experience in project team leadership and project management, preferably with IPMA certification Level C or higher.
• You possess sound experience in Requirements Engineering and optionally also in requirements management (e.g., Doors NG).
• A high degree of commitment, independence, and sense of responsibility characterize you.
• Presentation- and negotiation-level English and a confident appearance round off your profile.
