Tasks

• Establishment of the Integrated Project Team (IPT) structure in the construction programs
• Organization of the IPTs with the specialist departments at the different levels and project life cycles
• Moderation and documentation of the IPTs at the different levels and project life cycles
• Coordination of all relevant IPT activities to achieve cost, quality, and schedule targets, as well as escalation of deviations to the next level of the IPT structure
• Controlling of IPT progress in the central IPT reporting

Profile

• Completed degree in economics, industrial engineering, or a related field, as well as desirable several years of professional experience in project management
• Very good written and spoken English skills as well as confident handling of common MS-Office applications and SAP
• Consulting competence, strong communication skills, and persuasiveness in dealing with responsible stakeholders, as well as a combination of technical and commercial understanding and strong interface competence
• High analytical skills, affinity for data, and a structured, solution-oriented way of working and entrepreneurial thinking
• Moderation skills and enjoyment of teamwork, including employee motivation and coordination
