Tasks

  • Intake of externally supplied certificates and supporting documents into the ERP system SAP/Nscale as well as the database archive, including possible digitalization measures
  • Checking certificates against standards, purchasing order texts, and specifications, as well as releasing conforming documents
  • Cross-functional, organizational clarifications within the area of responsibility and creation of project-specific quality inspection requests for the ZTQ
  • Reminding suppliers of missing or incorrect certificates and providing valid certificates for manufacturing plants, including delivery documentation
  • Data entry into complex IT systems as well as processing sub-tasks for the intake, checking, and reminding of certificates and all related administrative activities during all construction phases of the projects

Profile

  • Completed two-year technical school training or at least a three-year subject-related vocational training with many years of professional experience and additional specialized training or otherwise acquired qualification
  • Basic system knowledge and experience in the assigned area of responsibility as well as interface competence (various areas of responsibility), process-oriented, conceptual thinking, and technical understanding
  • Strong organizational skills and a structured way of working with a high degree of attention to detail and quality
  • Initiative, teamwork, communication skills combined with assertiveness
  • Good written and spoken English skills
