Tasks

• Technical responsibility for contract management in classified business for the entire TKMS Group
• Central management of state-classified orders for all locations as well as communication with national and international security authorities
• Support for the Security Officers in deriving, mediating, and coordinating security requirements from customer contracts with the procurement organization
• Evaluation, commenting, and advising on security-relevant contractual change requests as well as classification of information values in customer projects
• Further development and continuous optimization of processes, conducting internal training on customer-specific security requirements, regular security assessments for suppliers, and taking on tasks to support the Security Officer

Profile

• Completed technical, commercial, or comparable degree as well as several years of experience in security and project management, ideally in the environment of naval projects
• Practical knowledge in naval shipbuilding or security management and confident application of common Office programs as well as rapid familiarization with specialist applications
• Very good English skills in speaking and writing, preferably legal contract English
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, high structuring, assertiveness, and implementation skills as well as an independent, proactive way of working
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to work cross-departmentally in a solution-oriented manner towards common goals
