Tasks

• Development, planning, and optimization of production and process workflows, including specialist planning, layout design, and ensuring quality and logistics areas
• Ensuring the availability of tools, machine and plant technology, as well as technical preparation and processing of maintenance and investments (B and C plants)
• Development and implementation of solution proposals for technical challenges in cooperation with design, subcontractors, engineering, and purchasing
• Leading and participating in (improvement) projects, conducting complex error analyses, technical corrective measures, as well as supporting the management team during modernizations
• Participation in audits, occupational safety, cost and quality optimization, lead time reduction, and ensuring operational Excellence within the area of responsibility

Profile

• Completed vocational or university education in the field of Industrial Engineering or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in a production environment as well as previously completed vocational training are desirable
• Knowledge of process and Lean Management as well as leadership qualities
• Strong ability to independently plan, control, and successfully implement technical and organizational requirements
• Ability to improvise, attention to detail, creativity, and flexibility, as well as negotiation skills, assertiveness, and communication strength
• Good English skills in speaking and writing
