Tasks

• Independent commissioning, planning, steering, and control of all project-related services as well as internal and external processes - Involvement of project teams, partners, and suppliers
• Interface between customers and specialist departments, regular internal and external reporting for company representation
• Implementation of lessons-learned activities, control and release of project budget, margin, cash outflow, and milestones
• Ensuring opportunity/risk and claim/waiver management; support in proposal preparation
• Analysis of the qualification needs of employees and proposal of corresponding further training measures

Profile

• Completed technical or commercial university degree, desirable project management certification as well as proficient use of MS-Office and ERP systems
• Many years of relevant professional experience, technical and disciplinary competence, leadership and coordination of project teams
• Sound negotiation techniques, business fluent English as well as good basic and specialist knowledge in the commercial/technical field and contract law
• Project representation internally and externally, analytical thinking, high initiative, responsibility, and team or conflict management skills
• Very good communication and customer orientation, intercultural competence, and stakeholder communication
