Tasks

• Commissioning of all services required for project processing on behalf of project management
• Participation in the planning, steering, and control of the commissioned partial services as well as the associated internal and external processes, involving the project team, partners, and suppliers
• Support and coordination of regular internal and external reporting as well as participation in lessons-learned analyses
• Participation in control and release activities for sub-project budget, project margin, cash outflow, and project milestones, including support in preparing quotations
• Support in the further development and maintenance of products as well as in the external representation of the company towards subcontractors, (inter-)national government organizations, and customers

Profile

• Technical or commercial university degree and initial professional experience, ideally project management certification
• Good basic commercial knowledge as well as basic knowledge from contract management or an economic degree
• Good knowledge of MS-Office programs and ERP systems as well as very good written and spoken English skills
• Professional competence in the project environment with a high degree of willingness to take responsibility and the ability to represent the project internally and externally
• Analytical thinking, structured way of working and initiative, strong communication skills, team and conflict resolution competence, as well as customer-oriented thinking
