Tasks

• Disciplinary and technical leadership of the electronics test field at the Bremen and Lilienthal locations, including responsibility for electronic testing (assembly/electronics testing) as well as system and final testing of our systems before handover to integration
• Ensuring compliance with quality, deadlines, and costs within the area of responsibility, as well as coordinating the implementation of testing from planning to execution with a focus on delivery reliability, testing quality, and lead time reduction
• Cost center responsibility as well as planning, testing, and introduction of new testing systems, structures, and procedures, furthermore maintenance and further development of KPIs using the KVP tool landscape
• Technological consulting for internal and external customers regarding new developments and changes, as well as the further development of employees within the area of responsibility
• Ensuring compliance with occupational safety and compliance requirements

Profile

• Successfully completed studies in engineering or natural sciences (FH/TU/University) or comparable qualification through several years of practical experience
• Several years of professional experience with at least five years of demonstrable leadership experience, very good knowledge regarding quality assurance and experience in the processes of electronics, system, and final testing
• Knowledge of statistical methods (SixSigma), solid IT skills (SAP, WAY, MS-Office) as well as good English skills in spoken and written form
• Confident and authentic appearance, high degree of assertiveness and ability to manage change, combined with a structured and communicative way of working
• Willingness to travel between the Bremen and Lilienthal locations as well as for further regional business trips
