Supervisor Automatic Doors

Do you have experience as the primary point of contact for customers and with leading projects from A to Z? Do you have experience in managing a team? AND do you have experience in construction and/or technology? Then we are looking for you!

The position: Project management: schedules, priorities and distribution of activities, established budget and agreements made with the client, applicable technical and safety standards, etc., and ensures that employees and subcontractors involved in the project also do so.

Is the primary point of contact for customers, our technicians, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.

Responsible for the KPIs to be achieved, quality, and promoting an open safety culture, and ultimately responsible for the safety of the technicians within the region.

Responsible for implementing working processes with a primary focus on continuously improving quality, efficiency, costs, and results.

Checking and verifying permits and safe working procedures.

Leading a team of 5 Servicemonteurs and 1 Project Coördinator with the corresponding HR activities such as managing sickness, performance, appraisal, development, and training.

Who are we looking for? HBO working and thinking level in the direction of technology, business administration, or something similar;

Experience in technology is a must, experience with Automatic Doors is a plus;

Leadership skills. Experience in a coordinating or leading role within a technical or service environment;

Good computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office and willingness to work with ERP-systemen;

Proactive attitude and hands-on mentality;

Excellent command of both English in speech and writing; knowledge of German is a plus.

What do we offer? Salary between €4,200.- to €6,000.- gross per month;

Company car, which you can also drive privately;

41 days off per year;

Pension at PME;

8% holiday allowance and at least 4% profit sharing.
