Customer Care Medewerker

Are you service-oriented, stress-resistant, and ready for a role full of responsibilities? Then we are looking for you! As a Customer Care Medewerker, you are indispensable for the smooth running of our service processes. You ensure satisfied colleagues and customers.

What will you do? As a Customer Care Medewerker, you are the first point of contact for customers, suppliers, technicians, and colleagues. You ensure that service reports, inspections, and customer requests run smoothly and professionally. From receiving an alarm notification to arranging a hotel for a colleague: you handle it. You switch gears quickly, remain calm under pressure, and always ensure a smile on the other end of the line. Your duties in short are: Receiving telephone and written service and lift entrapment reports.

Scheduling periodic inspections before the expiration date.

Dispatching reports to technicians and following up on open tickets.

Monitoring customer satisfaction via NPS interviews and processing the results.

Processing administration regarding reports, complaints, and invoices from subcontractors.

Welcoming visitors hospitably, managing office supplies, and organizing travel and lunches.

Answering incoming emails in a timely and correct manner.

Experience in a position with a lot of customer contact is a plus.

Good command of the Dutch language and basic knowledge of English.

Proficient with systems such as Outlook and Excel.

You work in a structured, accurate manner and can multitask well.

Available for 32 hours.

What do we offer you? A salary between €3100,- and €3480,- (based on 40 hours) depending on knowledge and experience.

41 days off for a full-time employment.
