Tasks

• As part of our 18-month trainee program, you will get to know the structure of the Service Distribution division
• Through targeted on-the-job training, you will take on responsibility early in daily business as well as in customer and site-transcending projects and proactively contribute your own ideas
• You will work at various locations in your region and gain a deep understanding of our sales processes
• You will be in direct contact with customers and accompany the process from the initial inquiry through technical clarifications to AfterSales
• Furthermore, you will gain insights into the further development and expansion of new business potentials
• You will have the opportunity to work for up to three months in one of our Europe-wide branches and further expand your intercultural competencies

Profile

• You enjoy getting to know different locations as part of the trainee program and being deployed flexibly
• You have a degree in technical or engineering sciences, ideally with a connection to materials, production, or process engineering, or a technical vocational training with qualifying further education
• You combine your communicative strength and convincing personality with an analytical and structured way of working
• Ideally, you have already been able to gain initial experience in sales, Supply Chain, or development, e.g., through internships, working student positions, or stays abroad
• You enjoy teamwork; furthermore, you are mobile and open to national business trips
• Very good English skills round off your profile
