tk accelis Business Services GmbH, formerly thyssenkrupp Materials Business Services GmbH, is the Shared Services Center for several German group companies of the thyssenkrupp Group. Over 19,000 payroll transactions are processed monthly by a competent team for our 16 customers.

Your tasks

• You will take over the functional and technical support of SAP time management as well as the supporting systems for our internal customers
• You will lead HR-IT projects in the area of time management
• You will design functional analyses of customer requirements, collective agreements, and works agreements and create IT concepts from them
• You will implement time management functions in an SAP H4S4 system (Customizing, RPTIME00)
• You will help to build up know-how in the area of SAP H4S4 time management
• You will carry out process analyses and participate in the continuous improvement of IT processes
• You will assist in the selection of new systems and service providers

Requirements

• You have successfully completed a university degree
• You have several years of professional experience in the field of SAP time management, ideally in a Shared Service Center
• You are responsible for time management in at least one SAP system and have sound knowledge of time management IT projects
• You also have knowledge of other SAP modules (PA, PY, OM) and are proficient in using MS-Office
• You possess organizational skills as well as an independent and efficient way of working, which makes it easier for you to complete the assigned tasks on time
• Your working style is careful, and discretion and reliability are a matter of course for you
• Even in challenging situations, you have a high degree of resilience, always remaining calm and composed
• Good English skills (at least B2) round off your profile
