Manager for Ice and Land Tracks

Tjintokk AB is one of Sweden's largest car testing companies. The company has been operating in Arjeplogs Kommun, Slagnäs since 1986.

We are now looking for a manager for our ice and land tracks.

Area of responsibility: Ice and land tracks, Tjintokk AB, Slagnäs.

Examples of work tasks:

• Leading and distributing work within the department. Personnel responsibility for approx. 30 employees.
• Approval of timesheets.
• Scheduling.
• Control of track and road quality.
• Control of traffic signs and rules on the facility.
• Instructing new employees in machines/functions and the various work processes we have.
• Maintenance of machines and inventory, reporting the need for repairs and purchase of new equipment to the superior manager.
• Assisting the customer with service and general problem-solving.
• Other occurring tasks within the facility.

We would prefer that you have experience in the car testing and/or road maintenance industry during the winter season. You are structured, flexible, and work in a responsible and meticulous manner, both alone and in a team. You have good computer skills and a genuine interest in service. Good knowledge of English is a requirement. Knowledge of German is a merit.
