HR Specialist (Ignite) (Benisuef Plant) (One-Year Contract)

We are looking for an HR Ignite to join our HR team at Benisuef Plant on a one-year contract .

The ideal candidate will support daily HR activities, with a focus on recruitment, employee support, and HR operations , while ensuring a smooth employee experience.

Key Responsibilities Support recruitment and hiring activities.

Screen CVs and coordinate interviews.

Support onboarding and employee-related activities.

Maintain accurate HR records and trackers.

Support day-to-day HR operations and related tasks.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR or a related field.

0~2 years of experience in HR or Recruitment is an advantage.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Proactive, and willing to learn.

Good command of English.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
