Finance and Accounting Director - Peru Callao

Important multinational company, a regional leader in providing risk-based security and quality solutions for logistics supply chains, we are looking for a Regional Finance, Operations & Compliance Director to lead our Andean infrastructure.

Key Functions and Challenges:

• Supervise the accounting of the Peruvian subsidiary, ensuring the health of the regional cash flow and P&L reports.
• Lead hierarchically and directly the Logistics Heads and Human Talent Heads of Peru, Colombia, and Ecuador, ensuring the fulfillment of efficiency goals and low turnover.
• Monitor the costs and import purchases of RFID LoRaWAN and GPS seals in SAP Business One.
• Direct and implement the compliance and LAFT risk prevention system under BASC V6 and ISO 37001 standards.
• Lead transversally the fulfillment of SIG goals, with emphasis on obtaining the OEA certification in Peru.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or Professional Title in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or Industrial Engineering.
• Indispensable specialization or Master's in Corporate Finance, Management, or MBA.
• Minimum of 8 to 10 years of managerial experience in Finance or Controllership in B2B SaaS technology companies, international logistics, or the industrial sector.
• Advanced English level (C1/C2) certified.

Location:

Office in the Centro Aéreo Lima Cargo City, Callao, with high availability for regional travel.
