Your tasks
- Data Cleansing: Supervise the database to prevent duplicate records, companies without contacts, or orphan deals.
- Quality Audit: Evaluate calls, emails, and WhatsApp conversations to verify compliance with scripts and contact protocols.
- PQRS and SLAs Control: Audit the tickets module, ensuring the escalation and resolution of cases within the stipulated times.
- Continuous Improvement (PDCA Cycle): Identify recurring failures in the use of the CRM and design retraining plans for the teams.
