QA/QC Engineer M/F

Your missions

As part of the construction of the metallic Liner and Inox liners (Pools) for the two EPRs of SIZEWELL C (Great Britain, Ipswich region), TISSOT Industrie is looking for a QA/QC Manager in CDI.

Reporting to the Nuclear Director, and based at the headquarters in Podensac (Gironde), your main mission will be to guarantee the quality, compliance, and safety of production processes according to established standards.

You will be in charge of the following tasks:

Implement and apply quality control systems,

Prepare, issue, and implement inspection and test plans in accordance with project requirements,

Ensure the follow-up of non-conformities and associated corrective actions,

Coordinate the QA/QC requirements of the site inspection team,

Prepare and issue all necessary QA/QC documentation (quality plan, non-conformity management procedure, inspection and test plans, material management, traceability, welder monitoring, weld repair rate monitoring, etc.),

Organize and carry out daily inspection and control activities,

Ensure the interface with the construction team to guarantee the application of quality requirements in all project activities,

Ensure the interface and management of NDT/CND subcontractors,

Perform site inspections and ensure that project documentation and criteria are respected,

Provide the necessary information for project reporting,

Ensure the preparation and issuance of the manufacturer's dossier (Manufacturing Record Book / LTQR).

And if it were you?

With a Welding Engineer (IWE) background, you have proven experience in implementing quality and safety processes in the Nuclear and/or Oil & Gaz sectors.

You master technical English and will be required to work in English on a daily basis.
