Methods Engineer M/F

Your missions

As part of the construction of the metallic Liner and Inox liners (Pools) for the two EPRs of SIZEWELL C (Great Britain, Ipswich region), TISSOT Industrie is looking for a Methods Engineer in CDI.

Reporting to the Nuclear Project Manager, and based at the headquarters in Podensac (Gironde), your main mission will be to optimize the production and manufacturing processes of the projects.

You will be in charge of the following tasks:

Identify technical problems and propose appropriate technical solutions,

Define the materials or services to be purchased for operations,

Prepare lifting plans,

Examine scaffolding plans and propose improvements,

Perform or guarantee all necessary technical verifications and engineering calculations,

Define and write the construction methods and sequences (RAMS),

Identify bottlenecks and propose mitigation measures,

Prepare the start of activities with the construction engineer,

Perform a feedback report on the methods used,

Prepare site activities and identify key tasks,

Verify the compliance of equipment with site specifications,

Ensure the interface with the client's project engineers,

Ensure the interface with the headquarters' Methods department,

Perform site surveys and assist operational teams.

And what if it were you?

With a generalist Engineer background, you have proven experience in boilermaking and an appetite for technical subjects.

You master English and will be required to work and communicate in English daily.
