- WHAT DO I DO? WHAT DO MY TASKS LOOK LIKE?
After a few months of "Training on the Job," you will independently manage a transport route in Europe from A to Z in one of our country teams. This means making offers, following up, negotiating, and selling. Organizing, documenting, and monitoring transports, and occasionally solving problems ¿ An important task, because efficient transports are the backbone of every economic system. A personal coach and your team will accompany you in becoming increasingly professional and confident.

You enjoy a lot of freedom and make your own decisions, yet you are still part of a strong team. Every day brings new, exciting tasks that challenge you and never get boring. Your supervisors trust you, listen to you, and support you. Your achievements are seen, and you will feel them very clearly in your own account. We usually finish work on time and leave the work behind in the office. All this in a feel-good office that motivates and inspires, whether inside or outside.

You want to learn, develop yourself, and move forward. To achieve this, you are willing to really put in the effort. Our tasks are extremely diverse, so there is always something new to learn even after years. With us, you will talk on the phone every day with many people from different countries, and in at least one foreign language. You are good at this (or you like learning it). It is no problem if it still sounds quite bumpy for you. You will be amazed at how quickly and playfully you learn to converse in a foreign language in our team. You determine very freely with us when and how you approach your tasks. This requires a bit of courage. We want you to develop your own style. SALARY: FAIR START, RAPID GROWTH, PAID OVERTIME You usually earn more than 45k with us in the first year in the position, including bonuses. Basis? 38.5 hours per week. Overtime? Of course paid.
