- WHAT DO I DO? WHAT DO MY TASKS LOOK LIKE?
After a few months of "Training on the Job," you will independently manage a transport route in Europe from A to Z in one of our country teams. This means making offers, following up, negotiating, and selling. Organizing, documenting, and monitoring transports, and occasionally solving problems – an important task, because efficient transports are the backbone of every economic system. A personal coach and your team will accompany you in becoming increasingly professional and confident.

You enjoy a lot of freedom and make your own decisions, yet you are still part of a strong team. Every day brings new, exciting tasks that challenge you and never get boring. You have a great deal of freedom to determine when and how you approach your tasks. This requires a bit of courage. We want you to develop your own style.
