Specialist - Social Work

in part-time (25-30 hours per week) starting immediately.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• Completed training in the field of Social Work / Social Work / Social Pedagogy
• Relevant professional experience in working with homeless persons / youth / persons requiring care, including social counseling, crisis intervention, guidance, and support in various life situations
• Ideally experience in team leadership
• Independent, structured, de-escalating, and solution-oriented way of working
• Team, coordination, and communication skills, initiative, commitment, and resilience in stressful situations, professional boundary-setting as a matter of principle
• Organizational and temporal flexibility, willingness to take on evening and weekend shifts
• Experience with interculturality and diversity, non-judgmental and gender-neutral attitude, loyalty
• Very good IT user skills (incl. MS Office), English in spoken and written form, target-group-relevant foreign languages (e.g., Arabic, Dari, Farsi, Russian) desired, driving license class B

YOUR TASKS:

• Social work and social care: social counseling, crisis intervention, guidance and support in various life situations, ...
• Representation of the team leadership in their absence (especially due to 24/7 care) in the areas of:

Duty roster creation / modification, short-term personnel deployment planning (coordination of floaters, replacement staff, short-term assignments), contact person in crisis cases, short-term approval of ZA

The statutory minimum remuneration based on a 37-hour week is € 3,348.90 gross per month according to SWÖ-KV usage group 8. An allowance depending on the activity and creditable previous service will be appropriately taken into account.
