Recruiter (m/f/d)

We are looking for you as a Recruiter (m/f/d) at the earliest possible date!

Your tasks

• Developing job requirements together with internal managers and developing job advertisements as well as selecting suitable recruitment channels
• Taking over system-supported applicant management in the IT tool TalentLink and communicating with candidates
• Conducting the qualified pre-selection of suitable candidates (e.g., telephone interviews)
• Responsible for a smooth recruiting process and managing the process with the relevant specialist department as well as candidates
• Contact person (internal and external) for all topics related to the recruiting process

Your profile

• completed studies, e.g., in economics or psychology (ideally with a focus on HR) as well as initial sound experience as a recruiter or personnel consultant, ideally in a technically oriented environment
• expertise ranging from target-group-oriented applicant addressing (skilled workers, technicians, engineers) to the professional application of suitable interview or selection techniques
• knowledge and experience in dealing with the latest recruiting techniques, trends, and channels
• user knowledge in dealing with MS-Office and ideally initial experience in dealing with applicant management systems
• good English skills in speaking and writing
• analytical and structured way of thinking as well as result-oriented and independent way of working
