Specialty Lubricant Product Developer (m/f/d) - Development that you truly help shape (Product Developer)
Imagine developing specialty lubricants and process media independently - from the initial raw material idea through laboratory testing to practical trials.
Your Mission
You will further develop specialty lubricants and process media and bring new product ideas step by step towards application.
In doing so, you combine laboratory work with technical exchange and work closely with Purchasing, additive suppliers, and Application Technology.

- Carrying out physico-chemical investigations up to method development
- Professional exchange with additive suppliers and close cooperation with Purchasing
- Documentation of data and results in LIMS as well as in management and Office systems
- Cooperation with Application Technology during the practical testing of new product developments
How you will recognize your success
You ensure that well-founded, evaluated formulations arise from raw materials, reliable insights from laboratory trials, and practically tested product solutions from development ideas.
In doing so, you take professional responsibility and actively help shape development processes.
Your Profile
- Chemical-technical vocational training, a degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience, ideally around 3 years, in product development, additive, or raw material manufacturing
