Your tasks

• Full responsibility for our contract partners (manufacturers of finished products)
• Negotiating purchase prices and delivery terms with domestic and international suppliers
• Procurement-side implementation of promotional and listing items
• Independent procurement of required raw materials as well as sales-ready products and coordination of all goods flows
• Requirements planning and monitoring of sales figures
• Acquisition and research of new suppliers
• Correspondence regarding inquiries and development of new products with domestic and international suppliers
• Efficient order processing and proactive coordination between the departments of Purchasing, Production, Packaging, and Logistics
• Creation of reports and analyses
• Identifying potential savings and optimizing the supply chain with the goal of cost reduction
• Creation of bills of materials as well as maintenance and monitoring of master data in SAP BusinessOne
• Creation, control, and monitoring of production orders and ordering in SAP Business One

Requirements

• Strong communication skills in spoken and written form
• Business fluent English
• Sound knowledge of SAP BusinessOne
• Analytical skills (Excel & Power BI)
