Job Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, attentive, and personalized service to all customers.
• Guide customer through the menu, offering recommendations when needed.
• Ensure service flows smoothly from greeting to farewell, maintaining consistency and grace under pressure
• Maintain a clean and organized environment.
• Handle guest feedback with empathy and professionalism.
• Support daily opening and closing duties, including setup and service readiness.

Requirements

• At least 1 year F&B or cafe experience prior.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and specialty coffee drinks is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work on weekends/PH.
