We are looking for a Clerk (m/f/d) in Sales Back Office for one of our well-known customers, a company in the mechanical engineering industry, for a long-term position (with option for permanent employment) within the framework of temporary employment.

Your tasks:

  • Independent maintenance of prices, conditions, and customer master data in the ERP system SAP
  • Creation of relevant sales analyses and evaluation of financial key figures for your sales colleagues as well as the management team
  • Creation and continuous maintenance of price lists and order forms for our external customers
  • Weekly and monthly posting of external warehouse sales and sales reports from our supplier warehouses
  • Interface function for internal customers from sales as well as from adjacent specialist departments
  • Support with operational and administrative daily tasks and active contribution of data expertise to interdisciplinary projects

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed commercial training (e.g., Industriekaufmann/frau) or a comparable background
  • Several years of professional experience in sales back office, Sales Operations, or master data management, ideally in an international environment
  • Sound and confident knowledge in handling SAP as well as MS Office applications (especially very good Excel skills)
  • A quick grasp, a high awareness of quality in data maintenance, as well as a structured and solution-oriented mentality
  • Strong teamwork skills, communication strength, and a strong customer and service orientation
  • Good English skills in speaking and writing; another foreign language is a valuable plus
