Your tasks
As a Full Stack Developer, your responsibilities includedesigning and maintaining scalable web applications with responsive userinterfaces, creating server-side applications and APIs, and managing databasessuch as MS SQL or PostgreSQL. You'll use Azure DevOps Git for version control,collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure software quality throughcomprehensive testing, and deploy applications using CI/CD pipelines.Additionally, you'll implement security best practices, maintain thorough documentation,and continuously update your skills to keep pace with industry trends andtechnologies. You will collaborate closely with our Technical Lead, UIUX andfront-end development teams to ensure seamless integration of front-endelements with back-end functionality..
- Develop and maintain responsive web front-endsusing Angular 18+ with Typescript.
- Build and maintain microservices-based backendAPIs using C# on .NET, applying MediatR and CQRS.
- Integrate web applications of our multi-tenantplatform with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party APIs to enhancefunctionality and user experience.
- Research, prototype and evaluate AI features,including prompt design, API integration and testing output quality. Share whatworked and what didn’t, and help turn successful experiments into productionfeatures.
- Design and development with relational databasemanagement systems (RDBMS) primarily PostgreSQL.
- Write automated unit and integration tests usingJest, Jasmine, MS Test, NUnit, XUnit or similar to ensure code reliability andmaintainability.
- Convert Figma designs into working UI componentstogether with our UI/UX team.
- Work collaboratively with technical teams,including tech lead and other developers, to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Write secure code following best practices,including data protection and PDPA considerations for sensitive HR data.
- Mange version control systems, such as Git, andbranching strategies.
Requirements
Good to Have
- Hands-on experience building AI-powered features(LLM APIs, prompt engineering, RAG, document or OCR extraction, etc.).
- Experience with Azure cloud services such asAzure AD B2C, Azure Container Registry (ACR), Azure Container Services, AzureContainer App Instance, Azure App Service, and Azure DevOps.
- Familiarity with event-driven architecture usingmessaging systems such as RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus or similar.
- Exposure to user authentication andauthorization mechanisms, such as OpenID, OAuth 2.0 and JWT.
- Familiarity with Containerizing web applicationsusing Docker to facilitate easy deployment and scalability and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes orchestration formanaging containerized applications.
- Proficiency in load testing techniques to scaleweb applications effectively.
- Knowledge of security testing methodologiesincluding Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT).
- Experience with mobile development would be anadded advantage.
- Understanding of Agile / Scrum.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Full Stackdevelopment. Fresh graduates with AI software development relevant degree arealso welcome.
- Proven track record of successfully deliveringcomplex, enterprise-level solutions.
- Experience in Finance or HR solutions systemswill be considered an added advantage.
- Genuine interest in AI or having experiencebuilding with AI is a strong advantage
- Self-driven, comfortable with trial and error,and willing to learn independently.
