These will be your tasks

• Creating inquiries and purchase orders in SAP
• Conducting price negotiations within the specified cost framework
• Completing inquiries and purchase orders with technical documentation
• Substantive review and recording of order confirmations, clarification of deviations, delivery date monitoring, and initiation of agreed measures in case of deviations
• Creating and maintaining supplier and material master data in SAP
• Handling internal and external correspondence, also in English

Your profile

• Completed commercial vocational training
• Initial specialist experience in the area of purchasing processing as well as goods receipt processes, import processing, and contract law
• Good knowledge of MS-Office and English
• SAP knowledge would be very advantageous
