We are a personnel consultancy firm for positions in commercial and technical professional fields as well as IT segments. For our own purposes, we are looking for a committed employee (m/f/d) at the earliest possible date to support our internal team at the Oldenburg location for the position as
WORKING STUDENT (M/F/D) IN RECRUITING
15-20 HRS./WEEK

THESE ARE YOUR TASKS
- Support in the entire applicant management process
- Drafting and publishing job advertisements
- Applicant selection, organization of interview appointments, and maintenance of applicant data
- Comprehensive internet research on various applicant and job platforms
- Handling of necessary administrative tasks
- General support of the consultant team in day-to-day business
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
You are an enrolled student (m/f/d), ideally with a focus on business administration, and impress with the following skills:
- Interest in human resources and recruiting
- Strong communication skills and teamwork ability
- Good English skills in speaking and writing
- Confident handling of common IT programs
- Enjoyment of research activities
