EMPLOYEE (M/F/D) IN THE FIELD OF QUALITY MANAGEMENT

For our well-known customer from the food processing industry, we are looking for an

YOUR TASKS

• Technical complaint management including complaint processing
• Processing of technical customer and consumer inquiries
• Declaration checking (export) as well as maintenance of product specifications
• Preparation and implementation of customer and certification audits
• Evaluation of quality key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Interface to production, technology, subsidiaries, and external manufacturers
• Implementation of recall and traceability tests

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed dairy, food technology, or commercial training with a technical focus
• Experience in quality management or in quality-related technical functions is an advantage
• Very good English skills
• Confident handling of MS Office (especially Excel)
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working

This long-term position will initially be filled within the framework of temporary employment. Our client plans to offer a permanent position immediately thereafter.
