The Role

As our new Marketing Assistant, you will work closely with our Marketing Coordinator, CEO, external partners, and freelancers to develop and strengthen Time2Market’s brand and communication.

Your focus areas will depend on your skillset and interests.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who:

Is currently enrolled in a degree within Graphic Design, Marketing, Communication, Art, Film-Making, or similar

Understands basic project management principles

Has knowledge of design fundamentals (Gestalt laws, color theory, visual hierarchy)

Has experience with creative tools (Adobe, Canva, video tools, etc.)

Communicates fluently in professional English

Thrives in an international environment

Experience with filmmaking or video editing is a strong advantage — but not required.

But skills alone are not enough.

You are:

Curious and eager to improve

Structured and detail-oriented (some might call you a perfectionist)

Proactive and responsible in managing your own tasks

Comfortable taking initiative without being micromanaged

Analytical and able to balance creativity with structure

A strong team player with intercultural awareness

Motivated by building something meaningful
