Your tasks

This is a hands-on management role responsible for warehouse activities, staff performance, operational efficiency, and customer service. The successful candidate will lead from the front, support the team, and ensure the site operates safely and effectively.

Manage the day-to-day operation of the warehouse and distribution facility

Lead, motivate, and support warehouse and office-based employees

Oversee goods-in, goods-out, and distribution activities Maintain high standards of health and safety across the site

Identify and implement operational improvements Act as the main point of contact for operational issues and customer requirements

Requirements

Previous management experience within a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment

Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities Experience improving processes and driving operational performance

What we offer

Salary & Hours £37,000 per annum (£17.79 per hour during the temporary-to-permanent period)

Up to £40,000 per annum upon successful completion of the temporary period (dependent on experience)
