We are currently recruiting for an organised and proactive Administrator to join our growing team based in the heart of Manchester City Centre . Key Responsibilities
- Managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintaining accurate records, databases, and filing systems.
- Preparing reports, documents, and presentations as required.
- Scheduling meetings and managing diaries.
- Supporting colleagues with general administrative duties.
- Processing data and ensuring information is up to date.
- Handling customer and client enquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Assisting with office coordination and operational tasks.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
