Technical Motor Claims Handler

Time Appointments are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a reputable claims management company based in Colchester. This is a Technical Claims Handler role, with either personal injury, credit hire or fire & theft experience required. Our client offers a range of excellent benefits and a competitive salary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage own caseload of technical motor claims from cradle to grave, including escalated cases
• Set and maintain appropriate financial reserves throughout the claim’s lifecycle.
• Leverage cutting-edge claims management systems to streamline processing time and reduce overall claim costs.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent, high-quality service.

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in a technical motor claims handling role
• Experience in personal injury including MOJ/OIC
• Exposure to repair, credit hire, and total loss cases
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent telephone manner
• Positive and proactive attitude
