Sourcing & Private Label Coordinator

This person will coordinate the Sourcing & Private Label area, leading the team of analysts and ensuring competitive pricing, quality, and regulatory compliance of imported products, as well as expanding and strengthening Timbro's international supplier base.

Responsibilities and assignments Lead, train, and develop the sourcing analysts team, distributing demands and monitoring the area's performance indicators; Coordinate the price formation of imported products (costs, exchange rates, taxes, freight, and Incoterms), ensuring margin and competitiveness; Monitor trends, product benchmarking, and competition, guiding sourcing and private label decisions; Maintain direct relationships and negotiate with factories and trading companies in Asia and Europe; Prospect, qualify, and approve new suppliers, expanding and diversifying the production base; Coordinate the development of packaging for private label products, aligning technical specifications, cost, and brand identity; Ensure compliance of imported products with applicable standards and certifications (e.g., ANVISA, INMETRO, BSCI, ISO), mitigating compliance risks.

Requirements and qualifications Higher education in Comércio Exterior, Administração, Engineering, or related fields; Consolidated experience in international sourcing, importation, and/or private label; Previous experience in management or team leadership; Advanced English (negotiation with suppliers in Asia and Europe); Spanish is a plus; Knowledge in price formation for imports (exchange rates, taxes, freight, and Incoterms); Familiarity with regulatory standards and product certifications (ANVISA, INMETRO, BSCI, ISO, or similar); Negotiator profile, analytical, and with good supplier management capacity.
