Mid-Level Import Analyst

Responsibilities and duties Responsibilities: Manage import processes in maritime and air modes; Monitor end-to-end operations, from order placement to delivery at the customer's Distribution Center; Act as the main point of contact between suppliers, customers, and internal areas; Control operational deadlines and ensure compliance with established schedules; Analyze import documents, ensuring compliance and quality of information; Perform registration, updating, and monitoring of processes in internal systems; Carry out the assessment of expenses related to import operations; Support billing activities and financial closing of processes; Prepare and conduct continuous follow-up with customers and business partners; Monitor operational indicators and identify risks, deviations, and improvement opportunities; Ensure the correct execution of processes according to internal norms and procedures; Support the implementation of improvements and optimization of operational flows.

Requirements and qualifications Requirements: Completed higher education in Foreign Trade, International Relations, Logistics, Administration, or related fields. Solid experience in import operations; Knowledge of operational flows in maritime and air modes; Experience with documentary analysis and monitoring of foreign trade processes; Knowledge in operational and financial closing of processes; Intermediate to advanced English.
