QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Responsibilities

• Preparecost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BQ), tender documents and quotations.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to ensure timely communication and smooth project execution
• Assist in tender submissions and tender evaluations.
• Prepare progress claims, variation orders and final accounts.
• Monitor project costs and budgets throughout the project.
• Support procurement and material costing.
• Maintain proper project documentation and reports.
• Attend project meetings and site visits when required.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of Singapore-based experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Experience in construction or interior fit-out projects.*Able to work independently with minimum guidance in fast paced environment.
• Good knowledge of construction contracts, tendering, cost control and contract administration.
