Operations/Maintenance Project Manager (M/F)

Job Description: Taking charge of ATMO operations missions: development of multi-technical, multi-service, and thermal contracts, optimization of operating costs, total cost of ownership. Monitoring and controlling maintenance, delegated management of contracts. Missions involving the programming of complex contracts (PPP, MPGP, CPE .), taking operations into account, technical programs, development of energy performance guarantees, and reduction of environmental impacts. Working in collaboration with a senior project manager. Assistance in business development with the agency manager. Development of commercial offers. Management of interfaces with group specialists: technical experts, programmers, AMO.

Profile You have 3 to 5 years of experience. Fields: Operations maintenance Energy and Environment of public and private buildings. Experience in (technical) assistance to project management specialized in a BET Conseil exploitation maintenance or operator. Skills in the fields of construction usage quality, multi-site and single-site operations maintenance consulting, sustainable energy and environmental performance, as well as the legal aspects of contracts. Technical skills in technical equipment engineering are appreciated. Specific skills / sought-after qualities: Teamwork abilities. Good interpersonal skills, listening skills. Synthesis skills, rigor, and precision in analysis. Ease in oral expression, mediation, and reporting.
