Freelance Recruiter

TimTumbuh is an HR partner for growing businesses. We help owners and managers handle people and HR—from recruitment, contracts and work rules, payroll, to team development.

We’re looking for a proactive and organized Freelance Recruiter to support recruitment for our clients. You’ll help find suitable candidates, manage recruitment activities, and keep the hiring process moving from sourcing to joining.

Entry-level candidates and fresh graduates are welcome! Experience in mass hiring or high-volume recruitment would be a strong advantage.

What You'll Be Up To

• Align with the TimTumbuh team and client hiring managers on role requirements, priorities, and hiring timelines.
• Publish job advertisements and actively source candidates through job portals, social media, communities, and referrals.
• Screen applications and conduct initial interviews to understand candidates’ experience, suitability, availability, and salary expectations.
• Prepare candidate shortlists and concise interview notes for the team and clients.
• Coordinate interviews and keep candidates informed throughout the recruitment process.
• Support offer communication and follow up with selected candidates until their joining date.
• Maintain candidate records and share regular progress updates against agreed hiring targets.

What We're Looking For:

• Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome; recruitment experience is a plus.
• Strong interest in recruitment and willingness to actively approach potential candidates.
• Good communication skills and confidence in conducting initial interviews.
• Organized, responsive, and consistent with candidate follow-ups.
• Able to work independently, handle multiple vacancies, and meet agreed deadlines.
• Comfortable using job portals, social media, and Google Sheets.
• Able to handle candidate and client information professionally and confidentially.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience in mass hiring or high-volume recruitment, including internships or freelance projects.
• Experience recruiting for different roles, industries, or locations.
• Access to candidate networks, job-seeker communities, or other relevant sourcing channels.
