lunch supervisor
We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Full-time Supervisor at our Tim Hortons kiosk location in Woodbridge, Ontario. As a Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of our restaurant and delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day activities of our staff members, maintaining quality standards, and promoting a positive work environment.
*Responsibilities:*
- Perform in-person one-on-one performance appraisals with each trainee or new hire upon completion of training modules to enhance retention and provide opportunities for team member growth
- Leads by example in delivering consistent and outstanding guest service through a friendly attitude, attentive behaviour and strong product knowledge
- Maintains speed of service targets by working quickly and efficiently to fill orders and meet guest?s needs, while training new Team Members to work effectively with a sense of urgency
- Works alongside the assistant manager and store manager to address underperforming team members
- Follows and trains proper procedures to ensure the accuracy of every order for every guest E.g. repeating guest?s order when it is presented to them, using H.O.T.R.O.D.S. at drive-thru, marking hot beverage lids and preparing and finishing products to ensure quality standards are met
- Able to work various shifts and remain available and on-call 24/7 in order to provide the appropriate training to all team members during their assigned schedules
- Completes and files proper documentation verifying Team Member training on each job task
- Ensures trainee completion of AF TIMS training program and provides feedback regarding trainee to Store Manager or Restaurant Owner
- Stays up to date with new procedures/equipment/products being introduced and trains all Team Members when required
- Attends training sessions at Restaurant Owner?s request
- Identifies opportunities for additional training that could improve speed of service in restaurant
- Supports a clean environment that is ready for rush periods and time-sensitive requests through regular clean up, organization and stocking of the restaurant front and kitchen when necessary
*Physical Demands:*
- Walking and standing for long periods of time
- Able to lift and carry up to 20 kg / 45 lbs
- Able to help as needed in receiving large deliveries up to twice a week
- Able to transition between cold (e.g. freezer) and hot (e.g. oven) working environments
- Ability to work under pressure in a high fast-paced environment adhering to tight deadlines
*Availability:*
- Must be flexible as your work schedule may vary week to week based on business needs while fostering a fair work/life balance. Monthly schedules may require some afternoon, evening, overnight and weekend shifts.

*Requirements:*
- Customer service background (preferred)
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs
- Previous experience in Quick Service an asset
- Friendly and outgoing
- Flexible schedule
- Previous management experience (preferred)
- Previous experience as Supervisor will be an asset to this role
