Your tasks:

• Actively maintain and develop customer relationships
• Process customer inquiries quickly and in a solution-oriented manner
• Create offers and reliably accompany orders
• Negotiate prices and conditions with existing customers
• Control and coordinate order processes in the ERP system
• Keep an eye on delivery and production dates
• Recognize bottlenecks early and initiate solutions
• Close cooperation with planning and internal interfaces
• Process order-related documents and long-term supplier declarations
• Active support of the team and undertaking substitution tasks

Your profile:

• Completed commercial vocational training
• Several years of experience in order processing or a comparable position
• Customer- and sales-oriented thinking
• Independent, structured, and efficient way of working
• Strong communication skills, conflict management ability, and team spirit
• High sense of responsibility and reliability
• Very good English skills in speaking and writing
• Confident handling of MS Office and ERP systems
