QA SENIOR SUPERVISOR/ QA SUPERVISOR

o Coordinate with customers regarding quality and 4M Change, including quality development activities from customers (Customer representative) o Supervise and control the quality assurance inspection of products o Control and review the design of jig inspection for inspection processes o Supervise the calibration system for precision measuring instruments and MSA analysis o Coordinate and work with the team to analyze and resolve problems occurring at customer sites o Control operations to meet targets and manage departmental manpower o Summarize monthly performance results and occurring problems to report to management o Internal audit team and oversee quality and environmental management systems

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a field related to automotive parts manufacturing At least 3 years of experience as a QA/QC supervisor Able to use precision measuring instruments and understand Calibration as well as MSA analysis Able to read and write Drawing Experience in designing or reviewing designs of Jig inspection Possess knowledge and expertise, and can lead a team in problem analysis Able to communicate in English Enthusiastic and detail-oriented in work Experience in blow molding and plastic injection processes will be specially considered
