Your tasks
- Develop and manage existing client relationships.
- Identify and win new business opportunities.
- Attract and interview high-calibre candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate network.
- Use databases and LinkedIn to source and engage candidates.
- Produce high-quality candidate shortlists.
- Manage the recruitment process from brief through to offer.
- Provide clients with market insight and salary benchmarking.
- Contribute ideas across marketing, technology, PR and events.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, integrity and client service.
Requirements
Person Profile
- Proven recruitment experience, ideally within Finance & Accounting.
- Strong sales, business development or account management experience.
- Commercially aware and target-driven.
- Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills.
- Confident building relationships at all levels.
- Positive, energetic and proactive.
- Highly organised with excellent time-management skills.
- Able to work under pressure while remaining calm and professional.
- A strong team player with the confidence to mentor and lead by example.
- High levels of integrity, professionalism and commitment.
