PA to Chairman
Tiger Private is seeking an exceptional Private PA to provide direct support to a high-profile Chairman and UHNWI. This is a highly varied and fast-paced role requiring an experienced Private PA who is comfortable operating within a demanding environment and managing multiple priorities with complete discretion. Working directly with the Chairman, you will take ownership of a broad range of personal, lifestyle and estate-related matters. The successful candidate will need to be highly organised, numerate and detail-focused, with a proactive approach and a genuine 24/7 mindset.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing the Chairman’s personal finances, including invoices, expenditure, account records and monthly reconciliations
- Coordinating all aspects of polo, including staff, payroll, tournaments, ponies, insurance, expenditure, budgets and diary commitments
- Organising personal and corporate shoots, including events, guest arrangements, logistics and diary management
- Managing the Chairman’s wine collection, including purchases, payments and detailed records of wine bought, sold and gifted
- Coordinating art and antiques purchases, including bids, insurance, shipping, loans and restorations, while maintaining meticulous records
- Acting as the UK point of contact for French properties and associated finances, working closely with the French PA and local teams
- Coordinating sporting holidays and travel, including fishing, hunting and shooting trips
- Liaising closely with Estate Management teams across the Chairman’s UK residences
- Managing personal correspondence, gifting, documents and other day-to-day private administration
- Building strong relationships with advisers, brokers, suppliers, household and estate teams and other key contacts
- Anticipating requirements, resolving issues and ensuring all matters are followed through to completion
Ideal candidate:
- Substantial experience supporting a UHNWI, Chairman or Principal directly in a Private PA capacity
- Comfortable working in a demanding, high-paced environment with a 24/7 mindset
- Highly organised, proactive and exceptionally detail-oriented
- Strong numerical ability and comfortable managing personal finances, invoices, expenditure and budgets
- Previous knowledge or exposure to polo/equestrian sport, shooting, hunting, fishing or other country pursuits highly desirable
- Experience dealing with art, antiques, fine wine or other high-value assets advantageous
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident dealing with senior stakeholders, advisers, household teams and specialist suppliers
- Calm under pressure, resourceful and able to resolve problems independently
- Highly discreet with excellent judgement and a strong understanding of confidentiality
- Comfortable managing both substantial projects and the minutiae of the Principal’s day-to-day life
- Flexible and willing to provide out-of-hours support when required
