Operations Coordinator

I am currently partnering with a high end residential property company who are seeking an Operations Manager to come in and hit the ground running and provide support to the team and the wider business. A great opportunity for a forward thinking, proactive candidate with experience in residential sales.

Hours : 9am – 6pm Salary : £35k - £40k Contract : Permanent Set Up : Hybrid (4:1)

What You’ll Do:

• Act as a key point of contact, providing guidance across processes, systems and ways of working
• Build strong relationships across the business and provide practical support where needed
• Support onboarding and help maintain clear, accessible internal guidance and resources
• Oversee CRM and internal systems, ensuring information and tracking are accurate and up to date
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows and ways of working across the business
• Coordinate marketing activity, campaigns, projects and requests across internal teams and external stakeholders
• Support wider marketing activity including communications, PR, content, reporting and asset management
• Manage marketing calendars, trackers, deadlines and approvals to ensure activity is delivered smoothly
• Provide wider operational and administrative support during busy periods
• Manage shared inboxes and general enquiries, while supporting day-to-day office and business operations

Who You Are:

• Minimum two years’ experience in an administrative role within residential property sales
• Proactive, go getter and forward thinking
• Highly organised with exceptional communication skills
• Ability to take ownership and accountability for your work
• A confident decision maker with strong judgement
• Tech Savy and confidence using the Microsoft Suite
