Finance Assistant
London Permanent £35-40k
This is an exciting opportunity to join a strategic advisory firm with a global reach. Reporting to the CFO, the successful candidate will be an integral member of the wider team.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Process purchase and sales invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Match invoices to purchase orders and supporting documentation
- Process supplier payments and assist with payment runs
- Monitor accounts receivable and resolve any payment queries
- Chase outstanding balances in a professional manner
- Perform bank, supplier and customer account reconciliations
- Maintain and update supplier and customer records
- Undertake other finance and administrative duties as required
WHAT YOU WILL HAVE:
- Previous experience in a finance administration or accounts role, ideally within a professional consultancy environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Xero
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
