A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Events & Marketing Admin to join a fast-paced, entrepreneurial team based in the City. This is a varied temporary role supporting the delivery of a major international event, alongside day-to-day sales, marketing and admin duties

Our client is a specialist business consultancy that delivers high-profile international conferences and events, working with senior business leaders and global organisations across international markets. You'll be joining a small, collaborative team where no two days are the same.
The Role
This is a hands-on role for someone who is confident juggling administration, events and marketing in a busy environment. You'll be supporting the team with everything from delegate management and event logistics to website updates and LinkedIn content.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing event and delegate data, sales logs and CRM records.
- Executing mail merges and maintaining accurate databases.
- Supporting sponsor and delegate administration and client communications.
- Coordinating directly with venues and external suppliers for event logistics.
- Updating website content and supporting LinkedIn posts and marketing activity.
- Preparing presentations, documents and reports using Microsoft Office.
- Providing general administrative support across the team.
About You
We're looking for someone who is proactive, excellent phone manner, tech-savvy and happy to get stuck into a varied role. You'll ideally have:
- At least 2-3 years' administration, events or marketing support experience.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking with clients and external stakeholders over the phone and by email.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience using HubSpot and document/workflow management systems is desirable.
- Confidence using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or Claude to improve workflows.
- Exposure to Adobe Creative Suite or other design packages would be a bonus.
