We are looking for a Bilingual Nursing Assistant to join a prominent private clinic in Medellín directly.

Work environment: High-level private clinic with modern facilities.

Your tasks

What will you do in your day-to-day? Outpatient Consultation: Accompany patients during assessments and follow-ups with a humanized and efficient approach.

Operating Room Support: Assist the surgical team in scheduled procedures.

Bilingual care: Communicate fluently with international patients and users.

Requirements

Nursing Assistant Technician with an up-to-date RETHUS registration.

Experience or affinity for Outpatient Consultation and the Operating Room.

English B2 indispensable: Advanced reading and intermediate-high conversation for fluid patient care.

Vocation for service and attention to detail.

Compensation: $3,500,000 COP monthly (biweekly payment).

Other

42-hour work week distributed by shifts within the institution's operating hours:

Monday to Friday: Rotating shifts in the 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. range.

Saturdays: 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 m.

Sundays: Only 1 Sunday per month on average (shifts of maximum 4 hours for scheduled procedures).
