Commercial Advisor - Steel

A leading company in the sector is looking to incorporate a Commercial Consultant with a strong technical and business focus into its team. We are not looking for a traditional salesperson, but a strategic advisor capable of understanding clients' infrastructure needs and offering industrial roofing and insulation solutions. The role reports directly to the General Management and offers an attractive uncapped commission scheme based on results.

Main Responsibilities:

• Strategic prospecting of corporate clients in the industrial and construction sectors.
• Technical analysis of construction needs for the design of industrial roofing solutions.
• Commercial negotiation and project presentation directly with Executives and business owners.
• Detailed post-sales follow-up to ensure satisfaction and loyalty of secured accounts.

Indispensable Requirements (Filter Profile):

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in industrial sales (desirable in sectors such as steel, construction, thermal insulation, sandwich panel, or roofing).
• Education: Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or related (if you have extensive verifiable experience in the construction industry, the degree is open).
• Language: Intermediate English (capable of maintaining business conversations).
• Tools: Proficiency in any ERP system.
• Mobility: Must have a personal car (indispensable for corporate visits and prospecting).
• Location: Reside in Ciudad de México.
• Soft Skills: High analytical capacity, business vision, resilience, strategic negotiation, and excellent executive presentation.

What Do We Offer?

• Base salary: $35,000 net monthly.
• Commissions: Attractive uncapped commission scheme based on results.
